After earning a journalism degree, Miranda decided there were more lessons to be learned around the globe. While abroad, she found yoga a pleasant balance to her croissant addiction. After completing multiple yoga teacher training courses, she realized living an active, mindful life was her ultimate goal. Through her writing, Miranda hopes to inspire others to live their best lives.
From soaking up a sound bath to relaxing in a Himalayan salt cave, meditating with quartz crystals or downing chakra cocktails, Miranda loves exploring wellness trends in pursuit of health— and a story to tell. Her international travels have taken her from camping in a rural Kenyan village and mud spas in Israel, to refining her Downward-Facing Dog during ‘snow-ga’ in the Australian ski slopes and blissing out with Ayurvedic massage in San Francisco.
