Alongside product and partnership stakeholders, I drove and managed content creation for numerous product education guides. From how to set up a schedule and mark attendance within the partner’s ClassPass dashboard, to troubleshooting an integration with a third-party booking platform, I wrote, copy edited and kept these guides current.
